Barkbus is a national mobile dog grooming chain founded in 2017 in Los Angeles by Patrick Riley and Jeff Safenowitz, acquired and relaunched by Wilbur Labs in August 2020, and merged with Groombuggy in April 2025. The Chicago market launched June 2025, expanding to roughly 22 IL metro cities. Fully outfitted grooming vans visit clients at home.
Signature Service is an all-inclusive groom: hydro-jet bath, all-natural shampoo / conditioner / face wash, hand blow dry, brush out, ear cleaning, nail trim and file, teeth brushing, and anal gland expression.
