Wigglyville is a founder-owned Chicago pet boutique chain with two stores - the original opened in 2005, the West Loop second location followed in 2011. The brand combines curated dog and cat retail (food, treats, toys, supplements) with appointment-only professional grooming. Founder transitioned from a veterinary ER career into pet retail and later trained as a groomer.
Professional grooming by appointment at both stores (no self-wash). Retail counter stocks premium food brands including Orijen and Weruva, plus toys, treats, supplements, and accessories. Staff offers resources and referrals for training, nutrition, and emergency vet services. No boarding, no daycare at either location.
Dogs and cats. The cat side is genuine - listed in Yelp’s “Top 10 Cat Grooming Services in Chicago” and stocks dedicated cat retail (scratchers, litter boxes, mats, scoops, premium cat food).
Both locations: Monday-Friday 10 AM-7 PM, Saturday-Sunday 10 AM-6 PM.
